Nestled in the tops of the beech trees on 1.2 acres in a peaceful cove just off the main channel, this luxurious home is great for both privacy and ease of access to all that Lake Hartwell has to offer. The home is 2500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and additional sleeping areas. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay as your home away from home. There is a large deck off the kitchen that overlooks the lake with a secondary concrete deck below, just off the walk-out basement, for ease of access to the lake and additional storage. Follow the gently sloping stair-steps just a short walk down the back yard to the water where you'll find the 2-story dock.
The walk-out basement level has still another large private bedroom (not shown in photos) with bunk beds and a large closet. Spacious and with plenty of headroom, these full-size bunk beds can easily accommodate adults or children. There is also a couch that coverts to a bed in the main room of the lower level that can be used as a sleeping space if needed. There is a foosball table and bar top on the lowest level as well! The house sleeps 11 comfortably but it is possible to sleep 12 if you use the air mattress provided.
